Frequently asked questions
Do you charge per user?
No. Both plans include unlimited users. Your whole finance team can access Granite without additional cost.
What counts as a journal entry?
Each journal entry header counts as one entry, regardless of how many lines it has. Automated entries from prepaids and accruals count toward your limit on the Starter plan.
What does it cost to join the beta?
Nothing. Beta teams use Granite free while we build. The prices above are where we're headed once we're out of beta — and beta participants will get plenty of notice and a fair deal before anything changes.
Is Granite ready to run my close today?
We're early and honest about it. Core close workflows — prepaids, accruals, allocations, source imports — work today, and we're onboarding a few teams at a time so we can support each one closely. Some edges are still rough, and your feedback shapes what we build next.
Can I switch plans later?
Once pricing goes live, yes — you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade at any time, and we'll prorate mid-month changes.
What if I need help migrating from QuickBooks?
Growth plan includes migration assistance. We'll help you import your chart of accounts and historical data.
